Apply for $35,000 Community Resilience Grant

FEMA are offering grants of up to $35,000 to US businesses, agencies, associations organisations and groups with ideas to foster community resilience in their 2012 Resilience Challenge.

Rules state that only projects in the USA will be considered; all projects must begin with 30 days of receiving funds; all funds must be used within 1 year.

You must also provide FEMA with quarterly reports and a final project report on completion.

The evaluation criteria for applications include:

  • Innovation
  • Collaboration
  • Project Sustainability
  • Replication
  • Benefits
